Craft beer characterized by the addition of Gaglioppo must. With a copper color, it has a fine foam of medium persistence. Notes of fresh ripe red berry fruit emerge on the nose, accompanied by floral scents of violet and spicy hints of licorice. On the palate it is round and soft, medium-bodied and with a good fizziness.
