Birra Cala increasingly present on the national scene

Birra Cala increasingly a protagonist on the national scene. After the success at the “Taste di Firenze”, the Calabrian brand was also the protagonist of the 2025 edition of the “ Beer & Food Attraction - The Eating Out Experience Show ”, which was held in Rimini from 16 to 18 February. The event represents a point of reference for the food & beverage sector and brings together hundreds of the most prestigious national and international companies in the sector at the fair. Among these, great attention is paid to craft breweries that offer sustainable and high-quality products. The 2025 edition recorded an extraordinary turnout.

At Beer & Food Attraction, Birra Cala has carved out a space all for itself, consolidating its success even outside the regional borders of Calabria. Although it was born recently, the beer produced in the Scalea (Cs) plant is already a "must" for those who, in moments of sociality, want to enjoy a beer with an intense and decisive flavor, with a strong identity character. Visitors were able to taste the products that have become symbols of the company, including the " Ale " with chili pepper and the " Citrusina ", appreciated for their uniqueness, and the " Iga " of Calabria, an expression of the collaboration of Birra Cala with the wine producers of the area. Tasters, who came from all over the world, were also offered the opportunity to taste, in preview, the new Birra Cala brand that will be destined for large-scale distribution.

The Rimini fair also marked a very important moment for the company founded by Antonio De Caprio . The CEO of Birra Cala and Mauro Pellegrini , national president of “Unione Degustatori Birre”, signed an agreement thanks to which the tap room of the Calabrian brewery will host the regional headquarters of the organization.
